I received and still have not received a receipt showing the work that was done. Also when I received my vehicle there was no audio available. The whole radio system was not working. I brought it back immediately and you all looked at it to no avail and told me I would be contacted to correct the problem and I drove off having absolutely no audio system. As of yet I have not been contacted. You obviously do not care about customer satisfaction or follow up. Quality is not job 1 at Grapevine Ford. Still waiting on a bill of what was done to my vehicle.
Need to fix one small item that was working when I dropped off but doesn’t work now that I have the truck back…. I have a wifi hotspot plan in the truck that I monthly for through AT&T but now the truck sync3 radio setting says that the hotspot function isn’t compatible with my model of truck.
But other than that awesome service!
I’m not always the easiest customer to deal with and am difficult to impress. I can say I was highly impressed. His ability to be very personable and highly professional is noteworthy. If executive management doesn’t have their eye on him then they should.
Tyler was excellent. He kept me up to date with what was going on with my car and even got it back to me in the time needed for my trip.
I paid extra for the Zaktek service and the car was not cleaned well and had additional scratches and scuffs. Rims were not even touched with a cloth. Very disappointing.
Service was great. Price was less than what I was usually charged in Wisconsin. Thank you and I will be back!
