It didn't make sense to me that the primary purpose for my visit was not addressed until the 4th day (including Sunday) my vehicle was in the shop. The reason for the delay was apparently not having parts in stock. I needed to have the door lock actuators replaced and this was indicated when my service appointment was scheduled, so it would only make sense to me the parts would be prepared in advance.

When I first bought my navigator in 2018 I was very concerned about the quality of service. I had several experiences that were less than acceptable. When Heath came along I shared my concerns with him and he quickly did all he could to rectify. I’m comfortable and feel grateful now that I have someone that I can work with. We thought about buying another navigator, the services really put us on hold for that. He stepped up to the plate is a very nice young man. The valet service is amazing. And make service appointments much easier. I’m hopeful now that Heath is helping us that we can move forward with better service experience.
