Jody was amazing. I explained that I had tried to repair the issue with my car 2 previous times and people did not follow through with getting my appointment set up accurately. Instead of disregarding my complaint she really took ownership of the situation. She was able to get my car assessed timely, part ordered and repaired within 4 days. She was amazing and so far she provided the best customer service and effective issue resolution that I have seen from that dealership. On a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the highest I give her a 10+!

I brought my mustang in for the “Showroom Finish” detailing. My understanding of showroom finish and yours is wildly different. The exterior was washed but not cleaned or buffed. There were handprints all over the exterior, the car was covered in dust, there was wax still on the hood, there was something all over the steering wheel. I am not sure what was done except cleaning the rims, but I would be embarrassed to show the car to anyone and say I just had it detailed. Again Jody was awesome, I just with the detailing was half a good as she was.
Heath keep me informed regarding updates cost and repair time. A very nice experience with Heath.
