At First Jodi was really rude and yelling! When I talked with her because My son and her had a miss Communication problem. Which it was both of their faults but it was also hers for not asking more questions! After explaining where he was wrong and she was wrong she was super nice after that! And the other complaint is Transmission going out in my car 8000 miles after warranty and it’s a none problem with Ford Fusion and that transmission and it’s not covered. So that will Be the last ford that I buy even though I own three of them. Or if I do by one I will have to trade it in before the warranty runs out

10:30 appointment for an oil change; took 4 hours, way too long for an oil change. Sat in line for 5-10 mins waiting to drop off with no direction, no one to meet at car and no one helping move the line.
