My concern was the threats and dishonesty. It was made out to be that dealership was giving me a deal to stay in my price range and give me my honest trade in value. In reality the trade in value came up but still below market but price of truck and payment months increased as well and that was glossed over real fast in paperwork signing until I got home and looked. Also bought a truck on empty gas and was told come back company for a third time cause gas tanks at dealership are empty.its a Crack in windshield and I was only given one key

The wait time was really long, and I dropped by in the afternoon more than once and was told that I couldn't leave my car for service. The junk all over the interior of my windshield was not properly removed, and Daren had to redo it. Grapevine Ford should expand their service center and waiting areas too. Seems like there is a lack of space for vehicle service and customer areas. No coffee or beverage service either. When is your cafe going to reopen?

The service advisors and staff were very friendly and courteous. The timing of the service (oil change and tire rotation) was fast as well; it took a total of 90 minutes. However, I left the dealership with a bad taste in my mouth. I previously used my FordPass points on a full service oil change and tire rotation. Everything was covered by the points. The line item is called "Service Drive Special" for $69.95 which includes the oil change, tire rotation, battery & cable check, brake check, and multi-point inspection. Here's where the first and second services differ. The service advisor told me that the "oil conditioner (booster)" was covered under the FordPass points the first service but is not covered now under the second service. And that the charge would be $28.69 total. Not only did they did not tell me prior to doing the service, which I could have declined as Ford has no recommendations for oil conditioners, but I also looked at my first service invoice and found no line item for the oil conditioner (booster). So while I was only perturbed when the service advisor told me this and asked me to pay $28.69, I am now very upset that it seems the oil conditioner (booster) was in fact not on my first service anywhere. So if that is the case, the service advisor basically lied to me about it and upcharged me for something that even Ford has no recommendations for, simply to make more money off of me. There are arguments for oil conditioners (boosters) for and against their use. I don't see how it should be recommended for a new vehicle anyway. But what gets me is that I had no choice in the matter. They just did it and charged me for it. Then to lie to me about it being covered on the first service, I will be taking the service of my F150 elsewhere. Sam Pack Ford is up the road and is maybe 5 minutes farther than Grapevine Ford; hopefully they don't try and pull this kind of stunt.
