Tyler was very very helpful. Despite the holidays and being sick he was prompt and very informative. We received information quickly and we’re able to get our car back as soon as possible which is much appreciated. He was courteous, kind, and communicative. I’m not sure who Matthew Bailey is, but we worked with Gabby Valadao for our car purchase and she was incredible! I felt that she was diligent to understand my needs and desires in a vehicle. When I test drove the expedition and realized it was not for me, having understood my needs through our conversation, she was able to point me in the right direction to find a vehicle that fit. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. She was patient and ever willing to let me try as many vehicles as I needed in order to do my due diligence. I will highly recommend Gabby to all my friends and family!
