He is always nice and factual. He was prompt and 2 or 3 other people made sure I was taken care of already. He makes me want to use grapevine ford for my service even after my first service ever did not go well. He saw me walking towards the service center and had the car brought around before I even got to counter.

Waited more than 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. Though I appreciate no charge for yesterday’s service, I won’t be back. I thought there would be more value in getting an oil change at a dealership. After yesterday I’ve concluded that it isn’t worth the additional time that it takes versus going to my local Kwik Kar.

The car detail service was amazing, it was literally like getting a new car! Just one thing, we were able to schedule the detailing appointment online on Wednesday but apparently that service isn’t available that day, so I had to leave my car another day which I wasn’t planning for. Shouldn’t have been able to schedule if the service wasn’t available. :(
