Pete Roshell and his team were excellent — from the time I was greeted until I left. The facilities were pristine. Everyone was friendly and responsive. Pete set expectations on wait time to purchase and install my new battery and exceeded those expectations by completing installation sooner than promised. I could not ask for better, more professional, or friendlier service. TOP NOTCH SERVICE! I won’t hesitate to use Grapevine Ford Service in the future.

The telephone number on his business card is not a working number. Getting response from the main number of the dealership is very challenging. I could not get through to a representative with four attempts.

This was not Christophers fault. The oil change cost me around 30 dollars more this time. According to Christopher this was because Ford did not have the oil in bulk and I had to pay for it by the quart price. That is Fords responsibility and that cost should not be past on to the customer. It should at least be discussed with the customer before the service so they have the chance to cancel the service. It should also not take 3 hours to rotate tires change the oil and run it through the car wash especially when you have an appointment.

My dash was not put back on properly, there was a bolt that was in my door from somewhere inside my dash that wasn’t put back on, my steering wheel is making a clicking noise and my steering wheel is slipping when I make a sharp left turn or u-turn to the left. I’ve tried to call several times to get this resolved with no call back.
