I had a bad experience the first time my truck was in for service with the service person. He never reached out and I always was the one who called to check on my truck. Jody was complete opposite, she called and let me know how everything was going with my truck all the way to the end. Yall need more people like her in that department. She’s awesome and the reason I’ll come back. Thanks JASON H
