Pete did a great job administering my maintenance. Unfortunately, the mechanical issue is not fixed. It sounds like gears are grinding and then locking into place periodically in the drivers front engine compartment area.

Tyler has a very high attention to detail and went above and beyond to make sure my truck was taken care of and the communication is top notch! Tyler is great at what he does. You need to make sure to keep great employees, because good customer service is very hard to find these days!
