Your service advisor was great. Great young man. I was upset that you would not check my front end alignment unless I purchased a complete realignment without knowing if I needed it. I asked to check the freezing point on my antifreeze can't have that unless I buy a flush. I realize that up selling is a way of life but that's very poor. I will not buy another car there. I have done 100 percent of my maintenance there you think they could check my antifreeze. My complaint is against the policy not the young man who helped me. .
