Pete Roshell usually goes above and beyond good service. He advised me last year that lugnuts were a problem, and sure enough, today my Ford lug nuts were swolen and had to be cracked off. I listened to his advice and had a full set if good lug nuts on hand... no problem!

Had a great experience

Tires were rotated but air levels were not checked. When I got several miles down the road after leaving the dealership, the tire pressure sensor came on. I know the levels they were at prior to rotation. So, it was clear they were not aired up to get the tires that were moved to the back from the front to the higher level of air pressure the system suggests. I thought this would be something that would be checked with a tire rotation. Service has not been great either time I’ve brought my vehicle in for servicing. I live an hour and a half from this dealership and was convinced to bring it here from the finance person who helped me when I bought it. The first time I brought it in, I had to leave it for a few days. They acted like I didn’t have an appointment this time around even though I had made one online. I am told to give them 5 stars or they fail, but to me, customer service has not been enough for me to keep driving so far to have my vehicle serviced. I will just go to a closer dealership from now on.

We were under the understanding that we would receive a loaner vehicle and that our vehicle received cleaning service as well…got the clean after we inquired but did not get a loaner.
