Pete was great but the mechanic failed to place my wheel lock key back in the truck.
Last time we were in car washing comes with our package and they did not do it. Inside was dirty as well as exterior. Tires and rims dirty also. No pride in what they presented. Also service guy tried to charge us for a service that was covered under our agreement. Seems like that day they were not on there game. I drive too far to you all to come and get bad service.

Bob was very attentive to the status of my vehicle and kept me well informed. So far the diagnosis and repairs seem to be what was called for. Bob also communicated with my Extended Warranty provider (MPP) and handled all the claim and payment processes.
I had no issues with my visit. Jason provided excellent service.
Brian did a great job with my problems with an old vehicle getting a diagnosis to make a decision of the final disposition of the vehicle. Also advising on recall when parts will be available for repair as well as taking the time to check out my gps, advising what needs to be done for upgrade
