I communicated the problem and Miguel let me know how long it would take as well as offering a loaner. He kept me informed through the entire process. I am glad I had Miguel as he was thorough and very honest. He let me know that I'd need tires soon and told me what Lincoln offered as well as a price. I really appreciate his service and willing to pay extra for this kind of service.

Jason is a new service writer to me. He’s done a fantastic job I’m very pleased
No feedback through out the day. Tried texting and calling several times with no response... Waited 15 minutes upon arrival with no one waiting in front of me—-to be seen. Finally very expensive and told I had to wait over two weeks for minor trim work. Laura was not present even when paged several times when I came to pick up my truck. I had to get help from some one else to move my truck out of garage... I had to maneuver around several vehicles just to exit... one of the worst customer service experiences ever.
After a really bad experience at Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills, I decided to give you a try. So glad I did! Excellent customer service!
