My service representative was very nice and responsive, but your service dept needs some help with scheduling and turn around. I made an appt a few weeks out to bring my car in for a recall to be fixed. I was initially told you should be able to turn it around same day. 1 day, turned into 2, turned into 3, and finally I had to pick my car back up without the work being done. It would have been one thing if I had just showed up, but having made an appt in advance I expected you to have the time to do the work. At a minimum you should have called me the day before and pushed my appt out if you were that backed up. I have another appt and I’ve been assured it will be completed same day this time. We will see. Thanks!

I haven’t heard what is going on with my pickup so I have no idea if I’m satisfied.
Have worked with Daren for over 5 years. He is consistent with providing 110% customer service... he’s an asset to Grapevine Ford.
I was handed off to many different people when I arrived and had to explain why I was coming in about 4 times, the last being Josh. He understood my frustration with this bad start and he finished strong with first class customer service. I was very satisfied with his professionalism.
