Laura was awesome. The middle console was broken during repair of other items. Y’all refused to repair what you broke. Very unhappy.
Laura was fine. 8 hours for a Zaktek appt is ridiculous. Having to schedule 8 weeks in advance for Zaktek is ridiculous. I've decided not too get Zaktek treatments anymore because the scheduling and wait time length.
My apologies. The coupon for The Works was taken off the price my wife paid it was however not showing on the service invoice. Your service is always good, there was just a misunderstanding on the bill this time.
Pete was courteous and very prompt in getting my tire fixed. And he kept me well informed. Checked in, tire fixed, truck washed and out in 45 minutes. Awesome!

My car died because of a battery and I had to bring it in close to closing time..bridget helped me and at first she didn't think she could give me a loaner car but managed to..she has helped me before and keeps me in the loop of when my vehicle will be done

Eddie listened to my situation of needing the Truck back by Friday in order for my son to take to college on Monday. He assured me he wold do everything to make that happen and came through. I first took the Truck to Five Star and was told it would take 3 days just to diagnose it and would not be able to meet the Friday timeline.
