She belongs at a much better dealership who treats their customers better. I bought my car there and felt dirty when I left and poor Jody was stuck trying to keep me posted with impossibly bad news. This dealership has systemic issues with how they treat folks both selling and servicing vehicles. Jody was the only positive thing about my experience Chris W
