Came in for Zak Tak at 7am. After 5-1/2 hours I’m told the car wash broke and it would be longer to get the application. I have always received excellent service from Grapevine Ford but they dropped the ball. If it was communicated that the wash was broke, I could have rescheduled for another day. Lack of communication from the back to the service agent and then lack of communication from the agent to the customer cost me 6 hours of my time. Now I have to reschedule and take more of my time to get a service that I payed for completed.
