Jason listened to the squawks I had and diagnosed them accurately. Everything I had a concern about were dealt with efficiently and professionallly. Jason kept me informed of the status of all the work being done. Eddie Saucedo handled the delivery of our vehicle and did a good job as well.

I believe you lost a Lincoln customer. After the purchase of three Lincoln’s in the past three years I was disappointed in the overall service both at the dealership and with lincoln. I feel as a valued customer I was at the end of the line for service. Two times I was told my vehicle would be ready only to find out it wasn’t. The complete failure the transmission on a new vehicle with less than 1600 miles and over 4 weeks of waiting for repairs not to mention the failure was one a 4 lane extremely busy highway with a fear that I could be rear-ended at any moment. I picked the vehicle up yesterday and to another disappointment it has a hesitation when pressing on the gas from a complete stop with auto stop off. I am very disappointed in this vehicle and service.
