Miguel ensured I got the total customer experience and I don't have a new vehicle. Even with my 2016 model, he made me feel that my car was just as important. I got my tires changed and we discussed costs prior, before and during. While my car was getting its tires changed, he called to ensure that I didn't need anything else. There is a dealership closer to me but I travel because of the ultimate customer experience. Miguel is thorough and I appreciate his patience and knowledge.
