My car was there for 2 days and never even looked at. I understand they were busy but I was told I couldn't even get a car to use until they evaluated the problem and it was going to take over 4 hours to fix. I needed a car to get to work so I just went and got it.

The battery was replaced based on a message on my sync display, only to find out that message has nothing to do with the battery itself being bad. Ive asked for proof that my battery needed relpacing...nothing. Assuming $260+ was unnecessary

Not Eddies fault, however when I received the letter that the recall parts were in and to schedule my appointment, turns out I sat from 0700-1100 to discover the parts were not in and I had to take another day off to bring back to have the service completed. Cost me two days off from work..
