Tyler did a fantastic job in assisting me. However, the technicians that worked on my vehicle caused damage is several spots, mainly on the side skirt of the drivers side. Tyler was quick to respond and lay out the next steps to rememdy the issue

First, I have a brand new vehicle about 3 months old and my air conditioner goes out. I don’t like it but I New it would be fixed. Unfortunately I had to drive my vehicle a week because there were no vehicles. It was the hottest week of the year. I was lucky I had scheduled to have my oil changed. Next, they couldn’t get parts so you have it almost 2 weeks. I had to have the loaner picked up because I was going out of town. I figured it wouldn’t be an issue. So if it isn’t ready to pickup on Tuesday, I won’t have a vehicle to go to work. I was told that y’all had this fantastic concierge service, but I don’t think it has been all I was told. I’m sorry. I don’t like to give bad reviews but I have been very disappointed. I’m disappointed my car had issues brand new and I’m disappointed that the service was nothing like I was told. I bought this Lincoln because I had a MKX for 11 years with no issues.
