I had requested for the Zak Tek paint treatment be applied. It was not done and my truck was the same as I dropped it off and was not washed even though the bill of sale stated a complimentary wash.
Tyler was also very courteous and professional. Both he and Alfredo brought great credit to themselves and Grapevine Ford. Please acknowledge them for making a very expensive and frustrating repair a little bit more palatable. Please consider Tyler for a management position. He will continue to do great things for your dealership.

Aaron was great to work with and appreciated that he communicated well.
We did have an issue in picking up the vehicle on Saturday. My wife picked up the car and it took a while for someone to be able to point her to the cashier. After checking out, she was told to go find the car out in the lot by sounding the alarm. I know Aaron had arranged to have the car parked close to the doors, so my wife/son found the car easily but a little more guidance to a general area would have been helpful.
Horrible Handoff in service department. I will never return.
