Typically you wash my car after servicing it; it’s a small thing but you did not do it this time.
Jason was very friendly and helpful. Although he seemed busy he made me feel like I was his top priority. If I ever need work on my Ford I will ask for him!

When I picked up the car, the handle to pull the trunk closed pulled right out and was left in my hand disconnected from the car. I snapped it back in but it clearly was made lose through the repair process and I am not confident it will stay secure going forward. It will likely need to be replaced.
Robert kept us informed about the whole process, Gord were kind enough to stand by the Warrenty, fix the issue and provide a great courtesy car. In short - excellent service and thank you.

Miguel did a great job. Stayed in touch by phone and text ( my preference). The car is running and looks great. Really appreciate that you all cleaned it up. I was a little concerned with how long the process took. You had my car for three weeks. But you provided a loaner, and Miguel did a great job managing it for me. So all in all pretty great experience. Thanks
