Miguel was very attentive throughout the service keeping me informed, etc. My only concern about the entire process was upon initial arrival where no one acknowledged my presemce or asked why I was there for several minutes. I even walked into the office area and still mo acknowledgement.
I have the upmost respect for Mr, Pete! I came in with an 8 A.M appointment and my oil change ended up taking 2 hours! I was upset because i was missing valuable work time and Pete really understand. No questions asked he took care of my oil change for me and that honestly made my entire day better. He really can turn a bad around, i will definitely continue my service at grapevine ford and i highly recommend them to anyone else!
