Alfredo communicated well and my experience was seamless
No one available to give me paperwork & keys, when I picked up truck. I looked around for 5-10 minutes, before I found someone, and he didn’t seem too happy to help.
Truck was blocked in/parked up to building with vehicle right behind it.
Also, there was trash piled and blowing around EVERYWHERE, behind service area. It was like a landfill.

I have no update on my car. What is to be done or was done. I asked yesterday if they started it. No reply. I am still in a loaner. Is my car done?
