Daren is the consummate professional! Daren makes the whole maintenance and service experience VERY thorough, comprehensive, and positive. If it was not for Daren I would not bring my truck to Grapevine Ford. Daren is far and above any service professional I've ever dealt with.
Only problem was that they didn't wash my vehicle as promised.

They told me in an email the service would take 2 to 3 hrs and when I arrived they told me closer to 3 hrs.It was closer to 4hrs.That was vet unreasonable for the service they did to my Honda Civic.
I was there for 4 hours. They should have bought my lunch after sitting around that long

Lack of calls back to me. Mechanic broke a bolt in my exhaust manifold which I ended up paying for. Now that my truck was returned to me it lost all power while driving and coasted to the shoulder. You can’t really rate someone based on your satisfaction when your vehicle is still broken, worse now than it was when it was dropped off. I dropped my truck off on September 3rd. Today is Saturday the 14th. So I’m without a vehicle for 11days today. The next two the truck won’t be looked at again. I just want my truck fixed.
I only trust Grapevine Lincoln with my car. I have had total satisfaction with them. Miguel was excellent in answering my questions and/or finding out the answer. Totally satisfied. Carol O

Bridget was great. Service was fast. Only preference would have been for better communication on the arrival of my vehicle through roadside assistance and also answering service person made it sound like I would have a loaner, which ultimately wasn’t available when I called about car.
Very professional. Took the time to go over all services.
