Very disappointed at Grapevine Ford Service Department. I’m a 1st time Ford owner and 1st time customer to Grapevine Ford and I feel robbed. Paid over $1100 out of pocket for service and the problem is worse. I felt rushed blown off. What’s the point of the diagnostic fee if you don’t fix the actual issue and make it worse off than when I brought it in. Never tell a customer not to worry about the check engine light when that was the concern to begin with. The mechanic failed and then reset the light just to get me out so they could close the service department. I waited from my 8AM appointment until close on Saturday. Poor service, bad business.

Haven’t got my truck back yet but Josh has kept me in the loop as well as Pete when Josh was off...They made it a pleasure able experience so far..Always nice to deal with The employees...

We are very annoyed that our vehicle was worked in between other customers because our appointment was for recalls. We also had an appointment and recall should have been fixed in a timely matter also. Don’t know how you can treat recall customers second rate. We did purchase our vehicle from your dealership and will consider this experience when purchasing a new vehicle.

This is the second time I have came back for the same issue. You has my truck for over 21 days the first time and 17 days the last time. First time said 6 quarts low, this time said no issues found. Well, it’s making the same “bang” in the transmission. Service Writer has heard the noise and felt the jolt from it.
