Daren is an AMAZING professional and individual. However,the tech that has worked on my truck for the same 4X4 issues.... the 4X4 still is not working?? Does the tech actually drive the truck to ensure the system is fixed? I've spent over $1,000 and not had my truck for about 10 days??? I've had to borrow transportation and uber a couple times to the Ford Service. What QC policies are there for the tech?? Very Frustrating!

Laura is fantastic to work with! Kept me informed throughout the process and was quick to respond if I had any questions. I have 4 other Ford dealerships that are closer to me, but Laura and the rest of the staff at Grapevine Ford will continue to get my business as they have earned it time and time again.

I took my truck in to get my rear camera fixed. One day after I picked it up from you guys the camera started having problems again. So the issue was not fixed.

The requested service was not followed and the oil was changed on my truck as well as replacing the air filter, which both had been explicitly requested to not be performed. On pickup I was charged for this and when I pointed it out they said they modified the invoice only to still leave the charges on. There were also “additional“ services performed that are not part of the 60k service such as the evaporation cleaning and flush. While the service representative did mention these, it was not made clear these were additional fees and not simply part of the scheduled service. This is ultimately a lack of trust and lack of confidence that details are followed by the service and technicians.
