When I brought the vehicle in, it was impeccably clean. Just had it detailed las week. All I needed was programming/cutting a new remote and key. Although the outside of my vehicle was washed, the interior was not treated so well. There was mud/dirt on the door sill and drivers mat that was not there when I dropped it off. I had to get to the office, so I did not have time to mention it to service advisor.
