Andy wagner went well beyond what I imagine are his responsibilities. He saw me looking for help and then asked me what I needed...then jumped onto a computer and immediately took care of a dropped ball situation. .that's another reason I stick to Ford products. ...

Bob Leininger was great!! I’m a single senior woman and I always appreciate his helpfulness in matters having to do with my car!! He is a real asset to Grapevine Ford!! Also while I was waiting for Bob to check in, I had numerous people come up and ask if I needed help!!
