This was my first time to this dealership after a terrible experience of the Ford dealership in Lewisville. Jason was great at knowing what I needed with my vehicle. He got it done in a timely manner and communicated with me throughout the day to ensure I was up to date with the status of my vehicle. Pete always does a great job. He was responsive with my emails about the recall I received in the mail and scheduling the appointment. He was right there when I pulled up. He explained what we were going to do today, and then followed up with findings, options, potential future work. He always walks me to the car and is so professional and respectful. Glad he helps me take good care of my car.
