I was mostly satisfied, nothing to do with my rep. Small details would be a complete satisfaction. For example, picking me up to get the car and ensuring that it was washed and vacuumed would have made for a better experience.

Jason was great the work that was completed was the problem. I had a block heater recall fixed and when I went to use the block heater (tonight) I found it non existent. I am not happy about this as I am in Mt with very cold temps and this is why I bought the truck with the block heater. The battery maintenance that was done wasn’t completed correctly either but Jason got the fixed before I left. I really don’t think I should have to inspect the work to enuse it was completed correctly.
