Andy was great!!!! He took great care of me and my Ford Edge. He explained the service I was receiving today. He look through my warranty and helped me understood what services were covered. He is an asset the the Grapevine Ford team.

Andrew Shannon was outstanding! This was my first time coming in for a service by myself, and Andrew answered any questions or concerns that I had regarding my vehicle. He was very helpful to explain what was being done with my vehicle, gave me information concerning the 30,000 mile service for my vehicle, and went above and beyond to explain to me that for my next services I can contact him directly and he’ll assist with me setting up my appointments. Very outstanding employee and I am very thankful for his assistance.
