I wanted my tire leak fixed. It has leaked since I bought it. Two different Ford dealerships have not fixed it. The interaction was fine but problem not fixed

Everyone i have spoken with at Grapevine Ford has been very pleasant and professional whether on the phone or in person. I recently had my oil changed and Andrew Wagner assisted me in the service department. He was super nice and kept me informed, since they were quite busy. At the end of my appointment he looked over my service order to make sure everything was correct. I really appreciated that. I will definitely be back. Got in vehicle after 130 dollar oil change and my wiper fluid light came on. I have 5k miles on this and I am already out? And it was not checked during an oil change??? Seems odd
