Problem I had with the truck was not all resolved and on paper work it says problem with rear bumper was fixed and bumper was never touched I will be bringing truck back to he bumper aligned right.

After terrible customer service and communication the second time I brought my vehicle in, I went elsewhere. On 10/9 I brought back my vehicle bc there was a recall. My car was still overheating and having revving issues and wanted your techs to see if it was related to the recall. Kindly, they informed me that they were not related. I declined repairs for those issues at that time due to cost. On 10/12 Josh said he would arrange for the recall repairs to be done. At the date of Tuesday 10/15 that still has not happened. It seems that bc I declined the repairs for my other issues, your staff doesn’t feel it necessary to service my vehicle for the recall.
