Excellent service department
Had vehicle in for full service and was not offered to have it washed or detailed. Returned dirty. Also mechanic took second set of keys out and had to turn around and go back and get them.
I purchased my car as "new" at the beginning of October. Since then, I have been back to the dealership 4 times to fix a tinting issue, pick up plates that I was told would be put on while they were addressing the tint issue, found gravel under my backseat, and have been dealing with a persistent rattling sound in the front end of my car. After my recent visit, I was told the sound should be gone now that the gravel is out.it wasn't. I coordinated alot of the service through my sales person and the service provider Laura. I'm not sure how much they were communicating. I felt unheard and brushed off. I have alot going on in my life right now, but i didn't expect one of my biggest stressors to be the "new" car I bought.The experience has been frustrating and fatiguing to say the least

Not trying to be rude but I think you charged me to much for a transfer case.
I think you could have done it for a responsible price. But your a dealership and that’s what you do to people. I know you won’t care what I’m saying but you should. Because I got some friends who have fords and I’ll make sure they won’t go to your place. But the only person I really liked was Josh Matteuccie, he was really good at his job of keeping me updated and the trust I needed that my truck was in the right hands. He was the only good person there. You mechanic ****!
Long wait even though I had an 8 am appointment. You must be busy in the service area.
Truck warning lights went off again on 11/1/19, this is becoming beyond frustrating, to be clear on the chronological order of events warning lights where going off unexpectedly, batteries where replaced, guages started going off again, vehicle taken back in, now 3rd time and trucks instruments are still intermittently erupting. This is all subsequent to a “total vehicle” service of $1000 +. Additionally, I am concerned this is creating an unsafe driving experience at highway speeds. Eddie is doing everything he can and has been excellent to deal with but he needs support from the service team to get this issue corrected.
Andrew kept me updated about my truck. He was very pleasant and professional. Very satisfied. Will be backing
Josh was great and kept me constantly informed about the status of repairs on my Ford Edge.
