The engine cleaning looks like whom ever was doing it was called away. The rear of the engine was pristine, while the front was forgotten. I took a picture and emailed it to Eddie. Disappointed that my new key fob wasn’t given to me, however, Eddie said he would mail it. Overall, I think your service department is really nice, both clean and staffed with really nice professional advisors.

I just had 1200 of service on truck last week. Now hearing noise around motor that was not there before services. No idea what it is. To be determined upon diagnostic. Just baffled as to why unfamiliar noise was not pre-existing to work. However, customer service of Josh is great!

There was a module that wasn’t installed prior to delivery and I was told it would take about 45 minutes to complete. I waited almost 3 hours and I had other things scheduled that day. I was also told that my tank would be filled for the convenience which I didn’t have time to wait for either.

The entire service staff should receive praise. Pete went above and beyond what was expected of him by attempting to help recoup money back from a vehicle problem that had occurred months ago when another Ford dealership neglected to ask questions on my behalf about any warranties I had. Zacarias as well went above and beyond and deserves praise.
