I am working through the issues. I've had to come back more than once because the vehicle was not ready. The detail is not complete as of yet. I'm still seeing pet hairs in the car and there are paperwork concerns for services not requested. My salesman was awesome and committed to meeting my needs, however, service is where the challenges lie.

The Grapevine location has made great strides over the last couple years on their service department. Two years ago, it honestly needed a major overhaul and changes needed to happen. Im. It sure what changed, but there is no longer the 3 hr wait for oil changes (even with an appointment) and the overall flow is 100% better.
