Eddie was very polite and got the job done. However, one of the problems I had brought my car in for was due to a leaking pipe, leaking into my car on both floorboards. When I examined the car at home, I realized the floors were all still soaked. I would have appreciated them to dry out the car. Also there was a spilled drink on the hood that had dried and there was dirt splattered all along the inside of the passenger side door and glove box. I had tried to contact Eddie (although I understand he did not do these issues) once I got home to ask about this, but have not received a call back. Additionally, while my car was parked out front in your lot, my car was hit by another customer. All I received from your staff was his name and phone number on his current invoice sheet. I understand this was not Ford's fault, but the cars were both on your lot at the time of the incident. I would have appreciated more involvement and effort from Ford to assist with the repair process.

Long wait before having someone approach my vehicle They asked if I was someone different, instead of asking my name They did not explain what was going to happen Poor engagement overall, "dead-fish" handshake It was my first oil change on a new vehicle that I purchased there and you acted as if you didn't know me.

This was my first experience with Grapevine Ford. I really appreciated the special care Bob gave me. He really changed my mind about dealing with dealership service departments. I will gladly come back to get my car serviced again.

Aaron was friendly and professional. I was kept informed of the progress on my vehicle. Before releasing my vehicle, it was washed and vacuumed, which was a pleasant surprise! Thank you Aaron and Grapevine Ford!

I knew from the moment I arrived for my appoint it was going down hill quick as he waited until I drove an hour to tell me they needed to keep the car for a few days. I then asked for a Loaner, was originally told “we typically don’t provide loaners, but I can get you a rental”. I explained, NO that would not work for me! I finally was provided a “Loaner” truck. A “Few days” turned into 9 days with NO PHONE CALL explains anything! I asked on the call yesterday about it being ready, IF they were going to fill my SUV up with gas as the email stated (for the computer system update) and he said sure NO PROBLEM, I said are you going to make sure it is cleaned up too? He said, Yes I’ll get that done. With that said, I showed up today to get the my SUV. When I showed up they could not find him to get me my car. Aaron ended up helping me. I dropped the keys off to the loaner truck - I didn’t sign anything stating I dropped it off and I was no longer responsible for it, absolutely nothing. I asked a few times who to talk to and was told just leave the keys on the cabinet. I said will that’s kinda scary in itself. And got in my car to leave. As I leave my truck I notice No gas was put in it, but they did rinse it off, it smells like radiator fluid The Whole way home (to which they DID NOT WORK ON) Now I am home and see their is marks all over my hood that looks like antifreeze so now I have to was it again, in hopes it does not ruin the paint!

I was very grateful that Robert Leininger worried as much if not more than me that my new Shelby w less than 100 miles would get damaged while being serviced for minor warranty work. I really appreciate his concern and the steps he undertook to protect my car from careless people and door dings.
