As I said in an email sent to service, repeated in survey asking about my service/
I was told and my invoice says total is 60.61. Receipt below shows 63.97.
Did you change the oil? My system says I have 8% of oil life left.
Was told everything was fine on the car but I have $1200+ of recommended services that said I deferred. Never asked about any of it.
How often are power steering and brake fluid supposed to have to be changed? Says failed and you changed both April of 2018.
I came to Grapevine Ford as a new customer from out of state and in need of an oil change for my diesel 350 dulley. I made an appointment for 7:00am on Wednesday and Pete had me out by 8:30am. Just amazing. I don't even get that kind of fast service from my hometown Ford dealer. Pete made me feel welcome and communicated to me in a very professional manner. My car was brought in for servicing a warning light issue and some recalls. Supposedly a “thorough” inspection was done on my vehicle during the week the service department had my car. I finally picked it up and realized that there was an issue when starting the car that was not there when I brought it in. My car failed to start that night and my entire electronics console went out. I brought it back to the dealership and had to replace the console brain and the battery. After another 4 days I picked it up and realized immediately after leaving the dealership that the navigation and clock did not work. I should have never gotten my car back in that condition either time. When we first moved from Austin to Southlake I brought my car to Grapevine Ford for service but had similar issues then. I tried it again hoping it had improved but I am very disappointed. Also in the Ford product. Unfortunately my husband talked me into buying a Lincoln from the same dealership 2 weeks ago. Hoping it will be a better experience.
