Laura said she would call me in 30 or 45 min. I checked back a few says later and left a message. No call back. I visited the dealership while I was in the area a couple days after that and left another message... nothing. When I finally was called a few days later I scheduled an appt.
While at the appointment, no one told me anything, would give me an ETA or anything. I also felt like I was a bother the whole time.
My service advisor was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Kevin was very accommodating, several repairs were needed. He explained everything thoroughly. Great customer serv iij ce and professionalism. Thank you Kevin.

I was surprised when I picked up my vehicle and the low tire symbol was still on. I know I did not bring it in for that or mentioned it but feel like the tech would have recognized that symbol and aired up the tires. I feel like the dealership service should be better.
