The Fuse #27 repair is an obvious Ford recall item and I am surprised they have not been sued regarding it. Grapevine Ford certified this vehicle to me when I purchased knowing this was an issue and putting me and my family at risk. I was not willing to pass on that risk to the young couple and kids I am selling truck to. Grapevine Ford charged me an inflated part and install labor cost on something that should have been completed at part and labor cost at most—-gouging on a cost I am absorbing to protect the dealership. Nuts! I won’t be back. David B

I left six messages to get needed help. The switch board could not find a person at their desk. Alfredo and Mgr Vinney were great. Upper management needs to have more staff in the service vehicle line.

Pete’s customer service is why I prefer to drive 40 minutes from my house instead of 15 to Towneast Ford where I’ve always had issues with there service and sales associates.
