I have not been able to get any update on my vehicle. I’ve texted Josh directly twice now and have caked up to the dealership. I was informed at 9 AM when I called that a service advisor would be returning my call. I didn’t receive a cal back and still haven’t received an update.

Had my car towed to Grapevine on Sunday but no place to drop off for service come Monday. Had to have it towed back home and then back again on Monday.
We described the problem and asked for the 50,000 mile service to be done while it was in.
We were quoted about $500, we thought this was for everything.
Grapevine Ford discovered the problem and removed the rodent, replaced belt, and charged the battery. They stated that they did the inspection, however they did not do the service for the 50,000 mile (oil change, rotate tires) besides asking to have it done, I would have thought having only 25% oil life would show up on inspection and they would have asked if it was to be done. Not to mention it had 51,**** miles on it.
