Bryan was great to work with. He kept me updated on my vehicle and went above and beyond to help me with a rental car for my daughter. Everything that needed to be fixed was fixed and Bryan helped to negotiate a cost that I could afford. I'm very grateful to Bryan.

The service department is excellent and my service writer Andrew Shannon always provides me with excellent customer service. Everything is explained upfront, service is done in a timely manner, my vehicle is washed and Andrew goes out of his way to ensure I am totally satisfied with my experience at Grapevine Ford. I trust my vehicle to them and I highly recommend them.

Great experience except for the area to get the loner cars for the day. That area is under staffed with only one person handling the customers. I recommend 2 or more associates handling this area.

Pete is absolutely great, and a very friendly person to deal with. I live in Dallas and there is no doubt it’s worth the drive to go to see Pete and the team over in grapevine. Pete is knowledgeable, friendly, and Efficient. Makes me feel like I’m more than just a customer at a dealership! I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

The warranty repair of the block heater is not satisfactory; the plug is run to the wheel well! And, I paid to have a larger gas tank installed but the technician failed to reprogram the fuel gauge so it is now inaccurate. I need these issues corrected!
