Alfredo is awesome. My oil change and tire rotation was completed in less than one hour. I would like to point out, once again, these surveys are complete **** because if I rate the experience anything less than outstanding, Alfredo gets blamed. No matter if it’s because Ford can’t engineer its way out of a paper bag or not. So, who ever is responsible for these surveys at corporate, Merry Christmas and GO **** YOURSRLF!

Mr Luna is very professional and would highly recommend his commitment to getting the resolutions. The mechanics are a joke. They are flipped and would not recommend the mechanics at Grapevine Lincoln. This is where the tail is waging the dog.

Andrew has my truck back to me faster than anticipated. Only suggestion is if your offering a complimentary wash, at least clean the wheels and tires. Truck looks weird coming out of the wash bay with filthy wheels and tires and the rest clean.

Laura was amazing but a guy named Jose worked on my car and my money was not in my console now the sign said not responsible for missing items but this was something that couldn’t be seen you had to dig for. I don’t appreciate my sons money being taken I would like to continue services with Laura but Jose cannot work ok my vehicle anymore.
Overall customer service needs improvement .....couple of examples are: 1) cordial greetings and humble attitude towards the client (I felt being my presence in the department was an issue) 2) be mindful of customer’s current state (having a broken car makes it extremely difficult to go about working...when asked if dealership would offer a ride to rental place, I was told no shuttles were available...to learn later that the Lyft services were offered at no charge....
