I am completely satisfied with the service provided by Laura Benevides. Laura is a solid communicator and I would recommend her to friends who utilize the Grapevine Ford Service Department.
I am rather dis-satisfied with the Service Technicians however. My F150 was brought in fo address two recall items, battery replacement, and oil change. During service, it was identified the water pump needed replacing. All good so far. However, after 6 calendar days, my truck was returned to me as status ‘service complete, only to find upon starting the truck, the engine idled roughly and the ‘check engine’ warning light was illuminated. This idle and check engine issue was not present when I dropped the truck off for service. Additionally, my transportation contingency arrangements had now expired and I was placed in the position of needing to leave the truck for additional service and incur the cost of a rental, due to the problem that was not present when I brought the truck in for service.
Find a different windshield installer/vendor.
The experience with this vehicle from the purchase to now has been a painful experience. This is the third vehicle I’ve bought from Grapevine Ford. It will be the last I will buy from Grapevine Ford and the last Ford I will ever buy. I am so disappointed in the lack of finish and quality of build. It was aggravating when I was told that the side trim panels on the windshield were “ known to break and fall off with normal use”. I have been a Ford customer for over a decade, it ends I sell this Explorer.
Thankfully I had shopped the car at a different dealer this week, who did a brief rundown of the features during the test drive. While I was offered an option to test drive at Grapevine, no mention was made if I had any questions on how to operate the car. So...I'll spend the next few days learning the basics. Also, I'm bringing the car back in tomorrow due to defective tail light and to have the driver window check for excessive wind noise. Other than that all good.
After having my vehicle reach the dealership, I was called and informed that they couldn’t look at the electrical problem until 1/6. Since I wasn’t given a loner, due to the dealership not having one, the person on the phone asked if I was ok going without my vehicle for the next 3 weeks. Since I can’t go 3 weeks without my vehicle, they returned my Corsair and setup another appointment for 1/13. Hopefully, this appointment actually accomplished something and isn’t a complete waste of my time.
This wasn’t the white glove service described to me upon my purchase. Defective electrical, no loners, and a 3 week wait, is not white glove.

He kept in touch with me about everything that was going on and was liaison for me between service and the parts department. He does a fantastic job and he is very friendly.
Tyler Did a great job!! As always he is my go to guy at Grapevine Ford!! I always call him first for my service needs for my F150.
This was the second time I brought my truck in for the same two issues under warranty and only one of the issues was fixed. Your technicians could not duplicate my issue even after I showed video of it occurring so they did not fix it.

I came in about 6 weeks ago to have some work done on my 2014 Focus. Ford has extended the warranty to cover the replacement of the transmission if stuttered. Ford’s extended warranty said that it would also reimburse any previous related work on the transmission. So I gave my receipt to Laura Benavides and she helped me submit them. I’ve tried following up with her to find out the status of the reimbursement, but I haven’t heard back from her for over 2 weeks now. Anything you can do to Geiger me a status update and help finalize the reimbursement would be great appreciated.
Enjoyed Andrew. He was efficient and didn’t try to pressure me on a more expensive service.
