My youngest daughter recommended for me to take my car to Grapevine Ford for my oil change. I was very impressed with the Service Advisor Andrew Shannon. This gentleman was very informative and friendly. He listened to all issues and followed through. I would recommend him and Grapevine Ford to everyone I know. My eldest daughter took her car there last week with a different Service Advisor, and she too had a wonderful experience.

Waste of my time was told the truck would be ready in two hours I dropped her off at 9 o’clock I had a call back at 2 o’clock to check if it was ready and they told me they cannot do anything will not be coming back to this dealership worst customer service I’ve ever experience and I’ll top of that was told keys were only cost $200 ended up paying almost 400

I got my vehicle back in a reasonable time and it was fixed right the 1st time. The price was a little off but that was EASLY taken care of!!! This was the first time that I was properly taken care of at this dealership!!! Josh was someone that I can continue to do business with!!! His partner that took care of me after he left was fantastic and gave my friend a flower that made her night!!! Thanks for everything!!!
