I live in Dallas but decided to bring my truck (which is a hand me down from my grandfather who passed away) on request of my father who knew of your dealerships good reputation. Needless to say the truck has significant value to me and my family. Jason went above and beyond to ensure that the truck was well taken care of. He called me numerous times throughout the process to explain different services and make sure I understood exactly what my truck needed. I couldn’t have asked for anything more and will never take my truck anywhere else except straight to Grapevine Ford and straight into the hands of Jason.

The only thing I didn’t like was after I paid I was told to go to the parking lot and look for my truck. It seemed like you got my money and that is when the customer service stopped.
