Kevin has always been great to deal with, I’ve worked with him a lot in the past when my duties at work included fleet management. This time I brought him my truck that I purchased there 18 months ago and he provided top notch service once again. Because of the customer service I’ve received, there is no other dealership I would rather deal with from sales to service!

Through Ford I received 7 post card to have my air bag serviced. Through the 800 number I was told that Grapevine Ford would be my service stop. Your shop called me and I set up an appointment for 8:30 am. I arrived on time and met with the service manger. I asked how long this might and he stated it’s about an hour job. My vehicle was not ready till 11:15. To say I’m disappointed with your service may be an understatement.

Everything went well great customer service
While I appreciate Jason’s responsiveness and customer service, I was not pleased with the time it took to even look at my truck when I had made an appointment almost a week prior. Because of the delay, it caused me to have to spend a lot of money on a rental car when I was anticipating the work to be done within a 3 day period.

Pete always does a great job of taking care of me. However I don't have a smart phone and when you send me a link on my phone I always respond to send me an email and I will do the survey.
Just a recommendation, please call with the car diagnostic, all the words and car repair vocabulary is confusing so a phone call explaining what is wrong with the car is highly appreciated
They broke my headlight. It was perfectly fine and clear when I left to the S.center but they broke it and now it’s being foggy all the time. The service manager was not even showed any responsibility.
